The New York Council of Administrators of Special Education, the largest membership organization for Administrators of Special Education in New York State, and an affiliate of the Council for Exceptional Children/CASE, is a State wide nonprofit professional organization providing leadership, advocacy, and professional development to members that are responsible for the implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
